About
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen living room that connects to a terrace with a pool overlooking the sea. This level also includes a toilet, laundry facilities and barbeque. The well-equipped kitchen opens to a courtyard featuring a barbeque, sauna and a private pool. A staircase leads up to the first floor, with three double bedrooms, each opening to a balcony with fabulous sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A spiral staircase ascends from the courtyard to the top floor, where a rooftop terrace provides a breathtaking view of the bay. The terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and a sofa, ideal for soaking up the sun during the day or enjoying the evening breeze with water views.
Being located in Kut, the old town, it is a rarity that a property like this owns a private parking, allowing you to be just a short drive away from sun-kissed beaches.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bella Vita. The villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and has the most amazing sea views. Having private parking was so convenient, we explored the island every day and found some lovely beaches. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours swimming while we relaxed on the terrace. Evenings on the rooftop watching the sunset were the perfect end to each day.
