Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom seafront villa is situated in the most desired part of Vis town – Kut, on an exceptional location. It gives you a luxury of tasteful furnishings, comfortable rooms and great outdoor space which leeds you right to the sea. The beautiful venetian style balcony in the master bedroom offers amazing seaviews and sunsets.

The villa consists of a spacious living / dining area, a kitchen, a rest room and a large terrace leeding you out to the sea. A staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a master bedroom with a spacious balcony offering fabulous sea views, a main bathroom and rest room. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms (one can be set as a twin room), two bathrooms and a mini kitchen.

Perfect location and beautiful sea views! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Machiavelli. The location in Kut on the waterfront couldn’t be better. The master bedroom balcony has the most stunning sea views and sunsets. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Villa Machiavelli was the ideal base for our holiday in Vis. The interiors are cosy and stylish, and we loved the outdoor terrace leading straight to the water. The mini kitchen on the top floor was very convenient, especially for morning coffee with a view. The location in Kut made it easy to walk everywhere. We would happily return.

This villa is truly special. The layout is great for families, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kids loved being so close to the sea, and we enjoyed evenings on the terrace. Everything was spotless and well equipped. The proximity to restaurants and cafés made our stay even easier and more enjoyable.
