It is a newly built four bedroom seafront villa in a superb location in Kut, the old part of town. This impressive property occupies a unique position and offers spectacular panoramic views of the bay and has a direct sea access.
ABOUT
Villa is spread over four levels. The main entrance takes you into the courtyard which leads into the ground floor, consisting of snug area and separate kitchen/dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining area and restroom. The seafront terrace is directly accessed from the kitchen/dining area. From the terrace you can access the jetty.
The staircase leads up to the first floor with three double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have exquisite sea views.
The spacious master bedroom with amazing sea views is located on the top floor. It has an en-suite bathroom, with shower and a bath.
The house also offers spacious entertainment room with TV and the pool table along with fully equipped laundry.
Air conditioned throughout and would suit any guest looking to experience the charm of this beautiful Island.

Peaceful paradise on Vis We spent one week here and it was wonderful. The villa is elegant and comfortable, with amazing views from every floor. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The old town is just a short walk away — perfect for evening strolls and dinners by the sea.

Luxury and comfort in a perfect setting We absolutely loved our stay at Villa RoseMari. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and has a fantastic sea view. Perfect stay in Vis! What an amazing spot. The villa is gorgeous — bright, airy, and super comfortable. We loved the location in Kut, close enough to restaurants and cafés but still quiet. The master bedroom upstairs has the most incredible view. We’re already planning our next trip back!
